Hi Shane, No what you're looking for can't be done, reason being those two screens (QuickBooks_Invoice and CRM_EditCustomer) are based off of different tables; the Invoice table and the Customer table. - Ashur

Hi Janet, You cannot delete an original screen.  The edit activity screen is really the new activity screen, called CRM_NewActivity.  It will be in your list of screens. - Adam

Quickbooks online does not currently support item groups.

Greetings, I have had issues like this before, I did two full syncs and it worked.  Have you tried that? Also, check the for any conflicts.  If there are any it could backlog your invoices from moving over.  I dont work for method, i use the program alot.  John M
