    I send a newsletter each month. Each month I have new leads and contacts. I do not see where I can select the newest non invoicable clients for the export file.     Yeah, I saw that. Thanks for the help yesterday. Good luck on fixing that bug. I wouldn&#39;t think that would be a difficult fix. A few more unit tests and perhaps some minor refactoring on the sync engine code should do it. I&#39;m just glad the issue will be addressed and no other Method customers will have to spend a day spinning their wheels ...

    Mary, Try this and let me know the outcome.&nbsp;View your employees in Method, check out only the one&#39;s that don&#39;t show up on the Users screen. If they don&#39;t have an email address then that&#39;s the problem, you need to add one for them to show up. If they do have an email address then just edit it by adding or removing a character ...

    Just tested it on my account and I&#39;m unable to replicate this. Left both the email and opt out checkboxes blank and selected only Active Customers.
