Right now this isn’t possible.  If you need two users to be able to access a customer you can give them access to each other’s customers.  This option would require you to change some setting at Step 6 of 10 "Access to Shared Record".

Thank you.  I created an employee for this sales rep, linked him in step 1 of 10, have set the right filters and checked the right boxes in step 6 of 10, and when I login to his account, he can still see all records.  Please help.

I cannot find the Edit Activity screen in my list of screens.  Can you tell me how to download this template and add it back into the list?

You would need to edit the Invoice table and add the field you would like on the report as a Linked Field. For the Linked Using selection choose Customer. After the field is added to the invoice table, it will be available to be added to the grid.
