Guys I understand all of you are exteremly busy but this issue is very urgent for us and I will really apprecaite it if you can attend to it. My biggest problem at this time is that the Sync engine simply ignores all the empty fields that we send its way through the API. Thank you! Nick

Nick, After some more testing, I was still able to delete the email from Method, even when it was required in QBO.  I was able to do this both from the Edit Contact screen and the Edit Customer screen.  Can you not do this?  Again, any errors when you sync? - Adam

Thank you, Greg.  Got this to work by adding BirthDate Camper to the customer table and screen. Now if I could find a way to add fields to the Employees that don't try to sync with QBO, I'd be all set. Meghan

Hey Marcelo, Unfortunately, the invoice needs to by synced to QB for your tax item field to auto-populate. If you have the "Wait for Sync Approval" checked, manually select the tax item, click "Save" and then click on "Print Preview.  -Kalvin"

Hi John, We cannot sync with this field with the Intuit Partner Platform (IPP) V2. However, this will become available soon with IPP V3. Keep an eye on our Release Notes! Jason
