Method Community

I just heard from consulting: I have time today if you'd like to schedule a call? How about 2:00 PM Eastern (11:00 AM Pacific)? If you can confirm this or another time that would be great. I think it is the web version and yes it is the difference  thru scheduling & invoicing and the main version. I emailed consulting last week.

Hi Denice, Can you tell me which version of the CRM you are using?  The desktop or QBO version?  Also, does this happen within the main CRM, or an add-on like Scheduling and Invoicing or Field Services? - Adam

Try to add a new customer record using MethodAPIInsertV2, what do I change to allow adding new records to the my customer table? TIA 

Hi Adam, Yes, I was able to clean things up by deleting and re-entering.  I have been able to sync properly today. I guess the question that still remains is how we are getting inactive accounts.  We currently have 9 "inactive" accounts in Method (and we don't necessarily want them to be listed as "inactive).  ...

Mike, We do have a "Mark as Invoice as Pending" in Method CRM for Quickbooks desktop.  Are you using our desktop or QBO version? I believe this is not checked by default. - Adam

Hi Shannon, You can email me the details of the conflict.  I'm still a bit confused how inactive customer got into Method.  Is it possible to delete the Customer in Method and re-enter them? - Adam
