@Denice - we looked into this and it looks like a couple of Method accounts were causing excessive server usage on a particular server. Other users hitting a different server were fine. We've narrowed down the accounts and have contacted them. You should see things going back to normal shortly. Thanks for letting us know.

I've got a client complaining to me this morning that Method is running "exceptionally slow” and it’s taking a very long time to produce PDF files.  I used their account yesterday to produce a PDF file and it took close to a minute, where normally it takes around 15-28 seconds.  I’ve been doing customization ...

I have heard of business being able to use Method as a CRM as it is designed for AND a fashion of project management. Do you have any direction on how one would accomplish this?

Mike,  I was a bit mistaken with my previous post.  You can create the Help Centre like structure from Knowledge Base tool under Customization > Integration Tools.  You won't however, be able to keep this internal.  We have an internal feature request in place, but I can't give much of a timeline as far ...

Technically you CAN customize your invoice screen to include a Payment & Info section at the bottom of the screen, however when it comes down to updating/retrieving payment information, Method does not store any of this data anywhere; so when you enter the payment info on the customer screen and click Save, ...
