Can the "payment and info" tab located on customer screen be copied or linked to invoice screen (so can be seen in both places)? That way when a customer calls in we can just take order and enter credit card details etc on invoice screen.
I am wanting that actual tab if possible that way if update ...

It would certainly be possible, but we don't have any plans to create a wiki. We do plan to update our help centre to include many more articles to help our users better understand and use Method.

I wound up just hacking a report solution by putting a PrintMe flag on SalesOrderLineItems and setting this flag to True based on what was selected in the grid on the screen. After generating the report, I update the flag back to False again.
