• Re: Importing leads into method using CSV

Tom - Also, check out this help center article: http://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&id=189 Scroll to the bottom where it says "Special case: Customers, Vendors and Leads". I think that should answer your questions and then some. Paul

  • Importing leads into method using CSV

I successfully imported leads into method. The only table for importing is the customer/leads table. I assumed it would ask me if the file contained customers or leads. If did not and my leads were imported as customers. What did I do wrong. I have customers to import as well as leads that should not be going into QB. One more thing, I was ...

Method will show a warning if you attempt to save a duplicate entity. For example, if a customer named "Practice Test" already exists in Method and you attempt to enter a new customer named "Practice ...

  • Re: Customer Contact Type

Is there a way to change a contact's Contact Type? We often have first contact with someone other than the person we will eventually bill for services, but the first contact ends up going in as the primary contact for the new lead. Then later on we will have to change it to the person we actually send the bill to, which will cause problems ...
