Hi John, I'm unable to replicate this issue using neither the October nor Novermber versions of Method. What screen are you selecting the new item on, and is it a stock screen? Added new items in QBO then selected them on an Invoice Selected newly added QBO items on a Work Order in Method (after a Full Sync) - Ashur

Dave, It looks like I somehow downloaded an old WSDL.  I just got downloaded a new one.  You are correct, they are in there. This may be a good thing.  I need to redo what I was just taught to do and I can document the steps. Thanks, Steve
