This issue is now resolved. The wrong Method account was entered into the sync engine.

I am having a problem with Method not syncronizing with Quickbooks daily. It is set to sync everynight, but it sometimes goes days without doing so? Also, when I go to do a manual sync, It doesn't always sync this way either. Any sugestions?

What does "Error: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined" mean? To different clients have contacted us with this issue.

After updateing Phillips sync engine and running a full sync the problem was cleared up

Sync Conflict. What does this mean?
"The error was: There was an error when modifying a SalesOrder. QuickBooks error message: Manufacturer's Part Number was set for an invalid Item type.."
None of the items on the Sales Order have a Mfg Part Number set.
I have no idea how to troubleshoot this

Beta sync engine is all hooked up. Is there any documentation on the advanced inventory fields available through the new sync engine?

Hi Method,
I'm working from Indonesia and using different default currency in Quickbook, which is IDR. But I still saw USD as currency when sync with quickbook. Anyone know how to change the default currency? or just delete the currency from balance?

I am in the process of upgrading our QuickBooks from v. 11 to v. 12 (2012 Enterprise Edition). How does the Method sync fit into that process? i.e. What do I need to do to make sure the Method sync works with v. 12 and doesn't lose data?

This worked perfectly. I have successfully deleted >5000 records and Method CRM and QBO are in perfect sync.
