    Apologies John, just realised I was using the Sales Information section when adding the new item. You were correct when you stated that the description does not display for products/services that you purchase. This is not an issue, rather a platform limitation. - Ashur

    It may be due to your version of QBO, I&#39;m testing this on a QuickBooks Online Essentials account.&nbsp;Are you using the stock Word Orders screen? If so, email me your contact information and let me know when I can get in touch with you for a screen sharing session. - Ashur

In other words, it&#39;s the values in the tables that&nbsp;are synced, regardless how they are populated.     Hi Mike, You are correct for the most part. &nbsp; There are a few&nbsp;things you need to consider when going this route. &nbsp;The first and most important is that the BillAddressState&nbsp;needs to stay on the screen. &nbsp;It can be hidden, but this field is linked to QB and your dropdown won&#39;t be.     Forgot to mention the filter for the Contact list. When customizing the CRM_NewActivity screen you can edit the Contact dropdown field, go to Step 5 of 6, then add a filter using the EntityType field.
