I can't seem to replicate this. Could you try logging out and logging back in again, and try on both the October and November versions? If it occurs again, can you list the steps you took to create the error.

I am getting the following error message when I try to link SmartVault:
There was an error verifying the user: Error: 'PUBLIC' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '='. Line 1, position 15.

When you're editing your template click the HTML button on the form toolbar, then insert your link using the <img> tag where you want to place it. I just tested it and it's working correctly in the received email.

Yea I m still getting the same error message and this is from the november version.
I am using QBO as Quickbooks online.
I pretty muched moved from quickbooks desktop to online last week.

I changed the src to "http://mysite.com/images/myimagefile.gif" as suggested and it displayed in the email template just fine. I sent a test email and the images did not display in the sent email. Any suggestions?
