Can the "payment and info" tab located on customer screen be copied or linked to invoice screen (so can be seen in both places)?  That way when a customer calls in we can just take order and enter credit card details etc on invoice screen. Mike, It would certainly be possible, but we don't have any plans to create a wiki.  We do plan to update our help centre to include many more articles to help our users better understand and use Method.  - Adam
