When you're editing your template click the HTML button on the form toolbar, then insert your link using the <img> tag where you want to place it. I just tested it and it's working correctly in the received email. - Ashur

Greetings Adam, Yea I m still getting the same error message and this is from the november version.  I am using QBO as Quickbooks online.  I pretty muched moved from quickbooks desktop to online last week.   Thanks, John M

HI John, I wasn't able to re-create this one.  Can you tell me whether you were on the October version or the November version of the site?  Everything runs smoothly on my account. - Adam

I changed the src to "http://mysite.com/images/myimagefile.gif" as suggested and it displayed in the email template just fine. I sent a test email and the images did not display in the sent email. Any suggestions? Patrick
