We don't host email template images on our servers. What you would need to do is host the image(s) on your own server then include the absolute path in your email template which would look like this: <img src="http://www.yourserverdomain.com/yourimagefolder/yourimagefile.gif">

I will look at the links you sent. As far as the calendar - they are using Outlook. I appreciate the tips and will keep that in mind for future clients.

Sorry, my apologies. I misread your original post.
You can find the grid by going to Field Service Center > Work Order List. This will list all of the existing work orders. From there you can use Filter by view and setup the date range to the work orders you want listed.
