I have moved the e-mail standard field onto the work order screen. There is an e-mail address in the customer file I an testing, but the data is not showing up in the e-mail field on the work order. I've tested the mapping feature for Chad. It works as it's supposed to.
Perhaps by order scheduled, do you mean the scheduled due date? You can click on the Due Date End column and it will sort the work orders by the due date. This goes for any column in the grid.

No worries. The security was isoloated solely to that particular button. The security on the other buttons on the screen worked as I had configured it.

was having a issue with my phone number not snycing. was toled to do 2 full syncs. first sync worked, the second synic i get a message saying aborted. It did sync the new phone number. Will a full sync only sync when method knows there was changes?

Hi Mario,
In order to troubleshoot this issue I would need you to enable your MethodSupport user: Go to Customize > Users > click the Active checkbox next to the MethodSupport user. Once that's done let me know via email and also include your Method Company Account name, not your username.
