Hello,
I have 2 questions on the Field Service Calendar.
1. Can you export it to Excel or CSV?
2. Is there a way to print the grid view? The office is transitioning to method from paper and have several users who need the "crutch" of paper until they get comfortable with Method.

Forgot to mention that if you have the grid on your screen then add a Refresh Grid action after your end loop through table action.

Hi Blake,
The Loop Through Table/Grid actions are very useful and in this case you can set the condition to where "field" is not equal to, type in, and leave the text box blank. This will work as you want it to.

Using the Default Field Service Calender Screen the mapping interface does not put the addresses in order like they are scheduled, i cannot seem to figure this out, any suggesstions
also our calender speed is VERY SLOW especially after 4pmest every day

Instead of using a Conditional statement within your Loop through grid action, why not just add the condition to the loop through grid action. I just tested it and it works beautifully on my screen. You can set a 'Where' clause for EmailType:Subject and ensure it's equal to your criteria. Then instead of using Enter ...

There was no bug on this but there is an issue where the phone number wasn't updating until 2 full syncs finished. Your phone number may already be updated but if not you'll need to go into the QuickBooks > Synchronize tab and click the first Sync Now... button. Let that sync finish then click it again. After ...

YES! That's it. It's the Trans. history setting. I never thought to look at that. I don't do ANY work with QB. I don't even have it installed on my system. So I forget the data created makes it way HOME to QB eventually, but then only gets synced out to Method based on this setting.
I will definitely need to create a QB export ...
