Just to clarify, keep in mind that you should NOT increase the amount of users in the Apps & User Licenses section located in the My Account tab link. If you increase the number of users here you will be charged for additional licenses whether or not you use them. - Ashur

That's correct, if you remove the User can sign-in checkbox when creating new users, you will not be charged for a license. - Ashur

Once an account is converted to a multi-tenant Head Office.  Can it be converted back to a regular Method account?

Thank you, that helps. To clarify then, users that are added without sign on access and linked to a vendor won't be charged as a license? Also, I just realized the yes/no vendor field I was referring to is a custom field that was added by another user.

The value will be stored as a number, i.e. 7. Alternatively if you want to see how the value of an Action Result is stored you can insert the Show Message action, then type in a message (i.e. The value stored is:), then select and insert your action result.  - Ashur
