Method Community

I need assistance viewing the webinars for report building.  I'm on a mac and can't get it to work.  I've installed the latest codecs and updated to the latest version of Flip4Mac, VLC, and Quicktime players.  I can get audio to work in VLC and Flip Player but no video.  Any suggestions?

Hi, It appears the SmartVault site is down for maintenance.  This is likely the reason you can't authorize your account.  I would keep checking the SmartVault site for updates.  When they are back, you should be able to set it up. - Adam

John, I can't seem to replicate this.  Could you try logging out and logging back in again, and try on both the October and November versions?  If it occurs again, can you list the steps you took to create the error.   - Adam

I am getting the following error message when I try to link SmartVault: There was an error verifying the user: Error: 'PUBLIC' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '='. Line 1, position 15. Please help

When you're editing your template click the HTML button on the form toolbar, then insert your link using the <img> tag where you want to place it. I just tested it and it's working correctly in the received email. - Ashur

Greetings Adam, Yea I m still getting the same error message and this is from the november version.  I am using QBO as Quickbooks online.  I pretty muched moved from quickbooks desktop to online last week.   Thanks, John M
