Hi Denice, No the Work Order will still exist in your Work Order list for historical purposes but will have a status of Completed. - Ashur

I have a question- once you complete your work order and you perforn the action of "create invoice" should it remove from your work order list or do you have to close out the work order manually?

Yes you can do this with more customization within your Generate Report action. Use the filter option to select the data you want to filter based on your specified date range. - Ashur

WAIT! I did it, it works.  Now I just need to get the report to pull a date range. Any ideas for that???

Hi Ashur, SO I tried the alignment thing in all different scenarios and it did not work. The only way I could get it to work was to put it in its own separate row. It works now. Not sure what changed in the october version but something changed and my screen didnt like it. Thanks for the help Bryan
