    Hi MikeB, You can definitely use merge fields in an email template but what you&#39;re looking for&nbsp;can&#39;t be done. That&#39;s because Method has no action that exists which calls to open up the edit screen of another action.     To clarify, I already have the button with the uncheck of the &quot;Wait For Sync Approval&quot; action. I just need to add the email action with (hopefully)&nbsp;some&nbsp;customization.

    So then you&#39;re using QuickBooks for the accounting portion correct?&nbsp; Will these Sales Reps and Subs always be associated with the same customer, will there ever be a different sales person or sub associated with a different job/work order&nbsp;for a&nbsp;customer?

    Okay, what I am trying to accomplish is a way to track everyone associated with a customer. Our Sales reps and Subs&nbsp;get paid a percentage of the&nbsp;invoiced amount for the customer and we need to know who gets paid for a given customer.&nbsp; Any suggestions? Thanks, Lk
