New (#3884) - you can now see the sales rep initials(QuickBooks Desktop)/assigned to username(QuickBooks Online) and sales reps name for the contact.

Try placing those fields in separate rows and check the outcome. Double check the settings for both fields and play with their alignment settings, alternatively edit them to show next to each other then remove the setting and see if that helps. Please ensure you are logged into the appropriate version on your mobile device as well, i.e. if you performed the customization on the October version then ensure you are using the October version on your mobile device. FYI - Our October release is now available and it includes the ability to clear checkboxes in a grid. If you want to start using it go to the Method CRM login page and at the bottom of the screen click the Switch to the October version link.

I made some changes on a mobile screen. I can see the changes on the lap top but i cant see them on the mobile. I published and saved them but still no changes. This has happend to me before a while ago. Is there anything i can do to prevent this?
