Thanks, Ashur. I guess maybe we don't completely understand the meaning of the existing Lead Status options. Can you please explain them? We were thinking about Open and Closed just to be simple. Is there another way to define a Lead that we no longer need to pay attention to?

Hi January, You will not be able to customize the stock options in the LeadStatus field because Method automatically inserts values into this table when converting leads to customers. Why are you looking to add values to the Lead Status field? What is your end goal? - Ashur

I would like to create my own Lead Status values other than Open, Qualified and Unqualified. I have been unable to find where to make this change.  Is it possible for me to do so? And will it be ok if I do (i.e. I don't want to break anything!). Thanks, January
