To clarify, I already have the button with the uncheck of the "Wait For Sync Approval" action. I just need to add the email action with (hopefully) some customization.

I would like the following mechanism to be in place for sales orders (ie. our customized Invioce screen): - A "Submit Order" button that notifies head office when a sales rep finalizes an order. So then you're using QuickBooks for the accounting portion correct?  Will these Sales Reps and Subs always be associated with the same customer, will there ever be a different sales person or sub associated with a different job/work order for a customer?

Okay, what I am trying to accomplish is a way to track everyone associated with a customer. Our Sales reps and Subs get paid a percentage of the invoiced amount for the customer and we need to know who gets paid for a given customer.  Any suggestions? Thanks, Lk

Hi Ashur, Thank you for your help. I created the new field Sub in the Customer table and added it to my Edit/New Customer screens. All good here. Can I some how associate or push that information chosen for the sub-contractor to the custome field in quickbooks with Actions? Also, is there a way to get the Sales Reps' and Subs' name ...

Hello, In Quickbooks you can add "Custom Field" (For example Sub-contractor, Claim #...) in the Additional Info section for a custom, vendor or emmployee. Hi Denice, No the Work Order will still exist in your Work Order list for historical purposes but will have a status of Completed. - Ashur
