Where can I view list of actions etc... assigned to a particular field or button?. This may be remedial but I cannot figure out how to view the list of actions that have been assigned. When I am editing a screen I click on edit on a paticular field (or object) and can create new actions but do not see a way to view ...

When entering a work order start and end time, the printed work order shows one hour forward from the actual start and end time in the system. I have read some posts that time change issue was resolved a couple years ago however we just started having this problem.
please help.

I'm unable to replicate the issue you're experiencing. Did you manually add the 5 selections to the Default Value column for the ParentFullName field? If so how did you add them, did you simply type them in?

When I copy the stock CRM_NewDocument screen then try to customize the new instance, the screen editor loads with nothing on it. Also, when I copy the screen, a non-editable copy shows up...like it's another original. I'm unable to delete these copies. What's the deal with this screen? Is there a reason for this?
