I recommend that you start your list again from scratch. Remove all entries in your list on Step 2 by clicking the Remove All button at the bottom of the screen, then go back to Step 1 and build it again. Thanks Ashur. The only problem is that there are an upwards of 30,000 clients and over 45 types...is there any other way around this?

I create an export to PDF for my workorder list.  I can't remember where I go to edit which feilds pull over to the the export.  HELP! I need to remove  some fields form the export but not th screen.

Hi there, I acually just filled it with my contacts list, which don't have duplicate entries when you search them under customers. The only time they appear multiple times (sometimes up to 7 times) is when I am in the campaign.
