I didn't see anywhere in CreateMethodUserV2 that would allow me to set which franchisee a new user is associated with. Am I just missing it? Or is it something that could be added?

I am looking for a way that once a account manager emails a client a shipping notification that it could automatically set off a series of time delayed reminders for the account manager for follow ups. Is this possible to do with activities tab or will I have to set up the automation under the email button itself through a long series of actions ...

Is there information anywhere that can tell me how information from quickbooks is named/stored so that when trying to do actions I know where to pull the information from? I guess I am really just asking if there is a guide or webinar on how things are named/stored when they sync with quickbooks.

Updating this thread...
Accounting just received this error again. Apparently this issue still causes problems about once a month. We cut paychecks weekly (Monday mornings), so that's about a 1 in 4 chance of this error still causing problems.
To get actual work done, the person usually goes into the System Tray, right-click on Method ...

Are you sure you didn't change the properties for the TenantID field?

@MikeB - the only way to change the default filterview for that screen would be to make a copy of the screen, and change the default checkbox for the filterview so that it is "Shared".
Before you do that though, I am going to put in a ticket for our team to change this filter to "Shared" instead of "My". ...
