    Dave, QB doesn't support export of ALL custom fields through the SDK or ODBC connection, so you might not be able to use all of your custom fields in Method.  For example, the new custom fields added in QB V10 are not supported by QB and therefore unavailable to Method.     Hello Antonio,    I have had a problem recently reported where a transaction that has a 0 balance and will not sync.  We were still looking into the cause.  Give Method support a call or email support@method.me.  We can create a case and take a better look.  Greg

    Hi Isreal,  Usually when you see an error like that, chances are there is a minor problem with your QB file. In your QB database, go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data in QuickBooks.  Go through the steps of rebuilding the data and try to sync again.  Keep us posted!
