I've had Pro Services installed for quite some time now and didn't have any issues until recently. The fact that the field gets added when installing Pro Services would explain why it wasn't in the other accounts I checked as those do not have Pro Services installed.

I was verifying that fields did not get deleted some how and opened the SalesOrderLine table. When i click the finished editing fields button I got the message that an error had occured, please contact Method...
Can you try to regenrate the fields for that table and I can check if that is the issue.

One the stock Budgets/contracts screen, when click the Select link for a budget, I am getting the error:
An error has occured in the Update Field In Table action. Please verify all data being entered is correct.

One approach to consider...
Save the document as a jpeg, then create a new report in Method and insert the jpeg as the only item on the report.
Then you can generate the report and include it as an email attachment just like you are used to doing with the generate report action.
