Hi Ragen,
Apologies for the late reply. We actually have a Lead Reports screen. You can use this to get a report of your leads. It can be found in Leads tab > Lead Reports. Unfortunately, there isn't a filter for when the lead was created. You can however customize the screen to add that yourself. The screen ...

Hi Nancy,
There certainly is. Please see this blog post: Sharing Customer, Activities and More in Method CRM. It gives a basic rundown on how to share records throughout the CRM.
For the sales rep, it shouldn't change when you enter a sales receipt unless you tell it to. See below:
By clicking Yes in the popup, it reassigns the rep ...

Mike,
Give me some time to test out a few things. There should be a way to avoid using a nested loop.

Hi Mike,

I'll forward this suggestion to the team.

If these are employees that are entering time, I would base the table on the Employees table (Step 3). Also create a new tab (Customize ...

Hi Marcelo,
Sorry for the late reply. You can take the date off of the fields. This is a setting in Method you'll have to change. You would need to go to each date/time field in the screen and make sure the "Show Date and Time" option is unchecked.
The message that the End Date should be later than the Start ...

Fran - Thanks for the help!
Hi Mike,
As Fran said, make sure the "Checked rows only" option is checked. This way you are only looping through the checked rows you want to make dormant. Then, make sure that your "Update field in table" action is inside your loop. When inside the loop, you can set the Where clause to ...
