I noticed that the exported sales rep IDs have 5 blank spaces after them in Excel. I'm sure that my revised sales rep IDs did not have those spaces, as I typed them in and pasted copies of my entries in various rows. Could that be the issue? Do I need to add 5 spaces after every revised sales Rep ID>

Actually, she has some sharing permission, but I'm not sure that is the issue.
She can't see her own employee entry in the contact list. Maybe it's a Role issue?

She probably doesn't have permission - click Customize > Users and click edit beside her username. Click next several times to step 6 and you'll want to adjust the access to shared records - I believe she probably has ...

There are 2 different ways to accomplish this.
Using an outside of Method API driven program that responds to a computer clock would work.
A more cost effective but manual approach would be to have the actions occur when somebody logs in and triggers an on screen load event.

Hello all! I am wondering if it is possible in method when I send an email to time an automation from that time to trigger several automatic actions.....at say 7 days and then 14 and so on Method would send out task emails to various workers.

I think there definitely needs to be a new feature added here.
My hack presumes a binary situation with users (which is okay for my company) - it assumes you either have access to everyone's records, or just your own.
Funny, the first thing I did before coming up with my hack was look at the Tab Group roles like you, but it didn't occur ...
