Hello all! I am wondering if it is possible in method when I send an email to time an automation from that time to trigger several automatic actions.....at say 7 days and then 14 and so on Method would send out task emails to various workers.
Any feedback is very appreciated!

I don't think so, the bug I ran into (currently fixed and coming up in the next release) is just a display bug. So you were not able to see all the roles to select which ones have access. It looks like ...

I think there definitely needs to be a new feature added here.
My hack presumes a binary situation with users (which is okay for my company) - it assumes you either have access to everyone's records, or just your own.
Funny, the first thing I did before coming up with my hack was look at the Tab Group roles like you, but it didn't occur ...

It would be nice but no - there is a roles field in the user table but to save you time, this field does not contain the role information.

Hi Chad,
I created a new template by creating a duplicate of an existing Method template and then
redoing all of teh body text. I don't think I started with the CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser.
Everything else is working as expected.
In the template, I have put in an email address for the From (default) field.
