We are a small manufacturing company that currently runs the 2012 Enterprise version of QuickBooks. We would like to gather some feedback on some of obstacles and issues when integrating to Method CRM. What should we know, and do you have any suggestions to make the experience run a bit better?

Hi Chad, Thanks. I actually had my consulting session the other day and we got it figured out. Turns out the user's email was overriding the template's From field when the template is selected. We had to add some actions to bring in the From field from the template, actually. I appreciate your help. Thanks, January

Hi Dottie, Are you referring to Job Types table or the Customer List screen? Just trying to understand what you're defining as jobs and how you're viewing them. - Ashur

UPDATE: I just don't think it's possible to do what I needed to do using the basic Report Designer functionality. So....I just created a custom reporting table structure shaped the way I need it, then designed the Report using these tables. At run time, these tables are filled with the selected data prior to the Generate Report ...

The 'Clear All Checkboxes' option on the Refresh Grid action looks promising.  It should accomplish what I am intending to do. Thanks. ~V
