Hey Phillip,
So I was able to create a screen that works for what you're looking to do. Start by looking at what fields are required to create a portal. Next create a table with those fields on it. At this point you would build a screen from this table and add in your login information for the users you want to have ...

Is there a limitation on using the BCC field with the standard CRM? I'm working on an account and the BCC won't send using either the field from the template or entering the address directly on the send email action.

Hey,
Depending on how your mail server is setup, we do have new IPs we use. If before the move you had to whitelist a list of IPs you will need to edit those IPs with the new ones we have.
Which mail server are you currently using? That will help me narrow the error down.

Hi,
There is no function in the gadget to send an email from Method. You could reply to the message from Outlook, and log the sent message as an activity as "Email Incoming & Outgoing" type and include both email and the reply.

I have one person who needs to just see a PDF of our "Call Report" that we view in Print Preview. I do not want him to have to log into Method just to view and print this report. Is there a way to email an attachment of the PDF to him from Method?
thanks,
Wavetec

Hi John,
You can have them add the email address that the emails are coming from to their safe sender or white list. Method just passes the email to the SMTP server and it sends it from there, it essentially works the same as Outlook does for sending emails.

If we are going to enable external access we want to lock the port down to only allow traffic from your IP. What IP will it be coming from?

OK, I got it to work as described in the thread you referenced. However, It will only allow one file to be uploaded as an attachment. Is there a way to add more than one? This is important when emaileding out multiple estimates to customers.

Neil,
We've found a fix for you. If you join an HTML tag as an action result before the code, the link should display properly. See the screen shot as an example. ActionResult3 would be your link code.
