When I create a new invoice in Method the invoice # field does not populate from Quickbooks automatically. Is this something that needs to be customized? I would like the invoice # for all new invoices to populate like they do in Quickbooks with the same series of numbers as if I would get if I would create an invoice on Quickbooks only.

I've just installed the new font, updated my cheque writer report, and things are working just perfectly now.
Thank you so much for getting this issue resolved; I really don't know how I would have managed it otherwise.

The screen I had the most issues with was the Edit Customer screen. At one time I had 10 or so different copies, but now I'm at 4 so it's not that big a deal anymore.

just created a new customer and invoice for that customer in qb online but it is not showing up in Method. is there something that I am not doing correctly?

Unfortunately we do not have any e-signing integration via the API....and it does not exist anywhere in method.
I have put in a development ticket for a future method release

I'll try to recreate the problem so that we can get a resolution out for you. What's the name of one of your screens and roughly how many copies have you made of it?

On the New Activity Screen it can be difficult to read an email body.
Try clicking on the html editor full screen icon. This will enable you to see the entire email body.

I also have screens which delete properly as you have described. However, I have multiple copiies from different dates of a large and highly modified customer screen. Out of the box we don't support this so you would need to customize the solution. I think this change might be a bit tricky since your assignedto field in the activity table is linked to the users - username field. Because of that ...
