I'm not sure how to "drag the Notes field"? Where would I find it?

Just edit your customized copy of the CRMQBO_EditCustomer screen, and drag the "Notes" field on there somewhere.
Then republish!
Method will know what to do from there.

The reason why this error was occuring with the job #'s changing, is the main computer that is used for the real time syncing was off and quickbooks was not running. We set it up so that it is running at all times but the important question is if this main sync computer is turned off for some reason and Method cannot access the job numbers ...

I am still confuse about "Replace links to an existing screen", like said, if this new invoice screen is created for sales person only ( they can only read invoice, cannot edit and print save,,) so I need to choose it right , that's mean any new invoice come in or change , they will see ...
