Hi Tobias Most likely the field you're trying to write to is linked from another table and would require a second call to the linked table that either updates an existing record or inserts a new one. You can best determine the relationships by logging into your method account and viewing them through the table/fields tab link.

I know action sets can be copied from one event to another within the same screen.  Can this be done between screens?  Several of my screens share complicated functionality and I would benefit from being able to write action sets that can be shared between screens.  Like Shared Results, I would like to see Shared Action Sets, if ...

Hi Method CRM, I am trying to insert data into the Contacts table, but it seems that there are several fields which do not support insert.I am using MethodAPIInsertV2. How can I change the table to allow inserting data? Tobias

Any upades to this issue? We have added some new custom fields in QB and need help getting them added to Method. Our custom fields in QB can be found in the additional information about the customer.

Whatever browser I'm using (Chrome, IE9, Firefox), when I enter a new activity the calendar widgets shows only the date art, and not the time. This is despite the fact that in the advanced options for the date fieds, the "show date and time" boxes are checked. But I don't see the time in the pop-up calendar when ...
