I tried that but I recieve and incorrect output. I leave the include opt out and include no email unchecked yet the the output includes them. Please advise why those records appear when I have not requested that they be included? tom

I am trying to display the field Estimate.CustomerFullName on a template. However, the template is displaying it as follows... "Andrew CliffFullName" which is what displays if I use Estimate.Customer The template isn't recognising FullName. I've checked the HTML on the template for spaces and extra characters.

Yes, after pressing the payment process button, the error appears. the card charge still goes through, but the error prevents the approval message and redirect to the home page actions from processing. and I don't receive the payment email notification. I checked the email preferences and it appears that the email is correct.

Hey Conner,  If I understood correctly, you want emails that get sent from Method to show up in the Outlook inbox. There is a workaround to get that to work; you can take a look at this thread HERE.  - Mortaza
