Method Community

First, all my Customers are Businesses; this list is showing all of my contacts for each business, How do I make a change to this list to show only the Business name  and not show the contacts unless I go to the Customer account?

Thx. I should have been more specific. I'm looking to filter data for the Preview, not merely constrain the number of records. For instance, is there a way to Preview records by filtering certain fields? A WHERE clause, basically. Thx

When a new version of method is released in the staging site what happens to a portal user.  They don't have a choice.  Which version are they using?

Anyone doing automated web UI tests against MethodCRM? Given the typical monthly release cycles, I'd like to have a suite of browser based UI tests I can run (or schedule to run) so I can ensure functionality is still working as expected. Thanks, BC
