I changed the sales rep for a number of customers in the Edit Customer screen. My dashboards now reflect these new rep associations. However, sales orders (invoice screen) still populate the Sales Rep field with the old rep, and when I export the Customer table, the old rep associations are there as well. Paul, I do not understand why Method doesn't keep track of this Balanace until the Sync. Once a refund/payment is entered to Method, you can automatically determine the new Balance, then update it if needed when Syncing with QuickBooks. The balance though is a simple calculation of Debit-Credit transactions. Nick

The total balance will be updated for the direct parent customer on the subsequent changes-only sync, so you are now looking at a 20 minute delay instead of full sync every morning. Mike - install Method Field Services (if you are on QB Desktop) or Method Scheduling & Invoicing (if you are on QB Online). Do this under Customize > My Account.  It has mapping built into the calendar. You can make a copy of the screen and reverse engineer what the mapping is doing. Paul
