Hello Method,
I messed up and tried uploading my company's logo to the template for the contact portals and ended up deleting the Username and Password template and the forgotten password template. Now when a customer signs up they recieve a blank email. How do I fix this.

Ha. Thx. Not original...but still comical.
Thx for the technical explanation, too. Sometimes (not THAT often) I miss those days of setting up servers, SSL certs, and handling all the software config stuff. Glad Rackspace worked it out quickly for everyone.

Hi everyone - OpenID is up and running now.
That was stressful way to start a Thursday morning. I'm going to update everyone on what happened.

Yep. I reported via Twitter (@MethodCRM) at 8:15AM CST. It's fixed now when checked at 9:10AM CST.
They told me to check what server I was on: http://www.methodintegration.com/serverinfo.html

We are having the same problem here. As well as an error when we try to sync with intuit. I also called support and left a message for them.

I'm unable to login using open id from either intuit or google. Regular login is working fine.

Ok Dave – I figured out what the issue is but I have no idea how to fix it.
1) I insert a Customer and Estimate through the API.
2) I use DataSetV2 to retrieve the Estimate back.

For some reason, when I query Method for a total balance, I’m getting a different result (and wrong) of the actual balance I see within Method.

my only concern is security and permissions for the developer. I saw that in step 8 but when I tested it using his login i created, he wasn't able to access it.
I guess I should just give him full access for everything?
