Is there a list of data fields that are shared between QB and Method CRM that I can get?  I am referring to the ones that are already shared / linked in the standard CRM before any custom work is done.  Also, are there any limitations to the fields that can be linked between the two systems?  We're just looking at the best ...

The Notes field is under the "Add Fields" tab in the screen designer. Just need to scroll down. If you aren't familiar with editing screens, then you'll need to go to Customize > Screens to edit your copy of the the CRMQBO_EditCustomer screen. Paul

I'm not sure how to "drag the Notes field"?  Where would I find it? 

Just edit your customized copy of the CRMQBO_EditCustomer screen, and drag the "Notes" field on there somewhere. Then republish! Method will know what to do from there. Paul
