This is an easy fix. If you ever delete a tab or screen, there are two easy steps:
1) Freak-out that you lost your tab forever.
2) Breathe a sigh of relief as you realize you can restore a tab by going to customize -> Tabs section. You can restore screens by importing them from the Method Library.
