Hey James,
Did you use the block of IPs or used the specific addresses? If you chose the latter it may be an issue, as the IPs are not static due to the way the Amazon environment is setup.

Thanks Ashur. The only problem is that there are an upwards of 30,000 clients and over 45 types...is there any other way around this?

None of my emails populate the information. Even the default emails that method has included wont work. You have several emails that have the company name that is supposed to populate in the subject line. None do. No matter what the email or the merge field non of them work. I had the same issue as soon as I set up the portal with the stock CustomerPortal screen. It pops up when you click to go to the ReceivePayments screen. It comes up immediately when the page loads. I tried this out on my account and had problems with Email, but it was my own fault. Once I configured my email, I had no problems. Since you have confirmed that you are using a default screen, I would say contact your business consultant and they will work with you to resolve this issue.

Knowing that the underlying issue won’t be resolved unless Intuit adds a feature for this, we may be able to find a workaround to your problem.
