Hi Gregory,
Judging from you post I would guess this is a permissions issue, i.e. perhaps that user is part of a tab group / role that does not have access. Either way, because this is a customized screen, there is no way for me to gage what the problem could be with out sitting down and having a look in your account. Please contact me to ...

Hi Laurie,
The "grouping" filter found under Field Services Center -> My Calendar -> Filter Calendar simply filters the list of groups that you have the ability to set up when creating/modifying existing users. What you can do however, is build a table and add a custom field "memo" that and use the filter the contents to simulate the search feature.Down the road we will definitely be looking into extending Method ...

Hi Richard,
Given that Method is a "customizable" ever-evolving solution, v.s. an off-the-shelf product that has a limited set of features, the changes that we make to our platform on a dailly basis are extensive. Actions in the hundreds get added, screens are changed, etc. For this reason, we update our users on top-level features only ...

An email from Keith W. (image has been sent to Method team)
I have developed a data entry grid where I am using the Customer table as the primary table for the Method Screen and I enter data into a grid of a custom table. When I click the Update button for the grid to save the records entered, I get the following message.
