Hi, In Quickbooks, I can use context menu "Customize Columns..." in a Bill windows to add customize fields, then I can use/edit them in a Bill. the point is to sync with QuickBooks, so non-sync fields do not work to me. Please help. -- Alex

hycari, Since I was able to replicate this on my end (not being able to click Sync Now), I've gone ahead and created an internal ticket to make sure our team looks into this. I'll post back here to update you once I know more. Thanks
