The item details will only show up once you have sync'd the invoice over to QB. After the sync are you seeing the group item details?

"July" version now available
The following updates are now available on the staging site. You can access the July version by clicking "Switch to the July version" when you sign into Method.
Note: you'll notice the July version is light in changes. The developer team is being focused this summer on some longer term ...

when our customers submit a ticket on the customer portal, it submits and we can read it in cases but the customer gets hit with this error and they keep resubmitting it until they get annoyed and phone us up saying our system is'nt working.
The value 'spdLoggedInThirdPartyLoginRecordID' was not a valid dropdown list ...

Yes, once you sync with QuickBooks you should see this invoice populate with the group items.

In Opportunities we have an amount field, I would like to have that field in my LeadsList but when adding new fields it does not exist as a choice to use - Is there a way to incorporate that into this section

Welcome to our forum.
I would recommend the following steps if you want to order your leads from hot, warm to cold.
a) These 3 records are in the LeadRating table, and you will need to edit them to be "1. Hot", "2. Warm" and "3. Cold"
b) In your lead list screen, you will need to modify Step 4 ...

Great to hear. We're going to work that into the system in some way so that we can at the very least give a graceful troubleshooting article in situations like this.
By default, I believe IMAP is turned on, it's just invisible in the settings interface (otherwise we'd be having a heck of a time with onboarding users!).
