I had the same problem but I kept typing carefully and when I was done it did show up that I could review it before posting. Just letting you know it isn't just you. After I hit enter it shows it and I can edit if needed.

Step 4 (Dropdown Choices) of Dropdown Menu Properties only allows me to select a unique table field with the 'Select Field' menu. I can select any field to show in column 2 and column 3. I have copied a screen, edited it, and it is showing how I want it to in the customization section of Method. I did select for it to replace the existing screen when I copied it but when I go back to it my changes do not show?????
