Has there been any changes in the QuickBooks file (change in the location of the file)?
Has your 'Change-Only' sync been successful?

Bank transfers are read only, as limited by the current QuickBooks SDK. Your best bet is to use a journal entry, which is better supported and more powerful (classes, multiple split entries).

Since July 5 when I attempt to do a full SYNC from Method to QBonline I am told "An Unknown Error has occurred"
this has continued for now 7 days

When I go to enter a group item on an invoice it is only showing me the group item name and not all the items listed under the group item. Is there a way to have all the items show up?

IE 9 and Firefox.
Strangley, the grids now load if I:
Create a new invoice in the "Stock" Method Mobile Invoice screen
Add items and view the grid on the "Amount" tab.
Edit the item in the custom mobile screen. The grids load here as well
I think it had something to do with an empty grid and trying to create an ...

Our MSP, Wyn Consulting, fixed the problem. I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, but there was some issue with the QB instance on the Server, which could have contributed.
The problem may have had nothing to do with the Server, but I did notice that the "temp log path" from the About panel of the Engine is ...
