    Anything thoughts on addressing this? It sure seems weird that the shared users grid filter would display records to other non-admin users (sales reps) that are assigned to my admin sales rep account.

    I have&nbsp;admin access for my company account but I am also a Sales Rep with a few customers assigned to me. For some reason, the other sales reps see my customers/orders/etc in various grids even though the filter is set to &#39;Shared Users - Sales Rep Record Id&#39;. Is there something special about my access that makes this filter not work ...

    Hi dkoben, Apologies for the&nbsp;inconvenience here - Method does not yet sync&nbsp;with QBO CreditMemos. &nbsp;This is the reason why your CreditMemo table&nbsp;is currently&nbsp;empty. &nbsp; It is on our future roadmap to integrate with additional QBO transactions like CreditMemo, however I do not have any&nbsp;timeline of when this would ...

  • Default Date Format?

    Hey all, I&#39;m trying to set a default due date for a specific type of activity. Whenever I try to put a default date into the control, the screen has an error and doesn&#39;t load.&nbsp; I&#39;d like to use Dec 31, 11:59PM as the default date. What format should I do this in to not cause an error? Thanks!

    After doing some tests I think you are correct, it was a race case. I was only initially saving the first name and name fields to the Method Customer object, so it makes sense that those fields would&nbsp;not get overwritten, but the other three which I was not entering would. I thought, since those fields were in the contact table in method, and ...
