I'm sorry, I'm still confused. If it finds the name and email, then why are we getting an error? How do we get it to just go through the rest of the form actions if the customer already exists?
We didn't create this form so I'm not sure what modifications would have been made.

I was able to re-produce this bug. I was able to replicate it on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. It looks that the first 10 characters in the email field are clickable and anything after is unclickable. I will put in a ticket.

On the default screen it does not send out any emails that notify the supervisor that a report has been submitted.
You can take a look at the CRM_NewActivity screen and reverse enginner its email process and add that to the submit process for an expense report.

Hi Gary,
Are you able to send emails from within Method? One other thing you might want to check is if you edit your Web Form and go to steps 6 and 7 and make sure that the from email matches the user account that is setup in the email preferences for method.

Can you please be more specific? Are you looking for addresses with usernames and passwords or just provider names? The providers are at&t and Microsoft office 365.
